About Network Finder
Upon purchase of the Network Finder module within The Connected World, your Connectbase Administrator provides the access permissions to your login account, enabling you to view Network Finder upon login to The Connected World.
Network Finder is an add-on module of "The Connected World" platform. It enables you to get answers to your last mile questions in real time.
Network Finder allows you to search for the Local Exchange Carrier (LEC), cable company, OnNet, and NearNet fiber providers by location and get a profile of each company within seconds – with over 2,000 U.S network operators profiled.

To access Network Finder from within The Connected World:
Start your web browser, enter the URL into the location/address field: https://cw.connectbase.com/#/login and press .
Result: The Connected World Login dialog box displays.
Enter your email address and password.
Click .
Note
If you forget your password, click If you forget your password, click Enter your email address and press . A link is sent to your email enabling you to reset your password.
Result: The Connected World map page displays as the default screen.
Click from the navigation sidebar.
Result: The Network Finder menu expands.
Under Network Finder, Click Home to access 'Network Finder homepage.
Result: The Network Finder Home page displays, as shown in the figure below.
From the Home page, you can search by Location (or by Provider if you have the appropriate user access permissions).
From within Network Finder, you can complete these tasks:

Note
The ability to search by provider is a user-level entitlement. If your account is not set up to view provider data, only the Location search field displays.
