Viewing / updating API Pricing

The API pricing menu enables you to view / update external API pricing for a selected supplier that has been configured within your instance.

Note

External APIs are configured / connected by a Connectbase Administrator in Super Admin.

To view/ update API pricing:

  1. Click Product Catalog from the navigation sidebar.

  2. Click API Pricing.

    Result: API pricing page displays.

  3. In the External API field, select the name of the API provider from the drop-down list.

  4. Where applicable, select an Account Name from the drop-down list.

  5. Click the checkbox to the left of the product name to be updated.

  6. Optionally, in the Pricing Tier field, for AT&T Wholesale and/or AT&T ASE APIs, enter the Pricing Tier to be displayed in CPQ results, for example, Tier 1.

  7. Where applicable, select an Account Name from the drop-down list. For example, if this pricing is to be applied to a particular account only.

  8. Optionally, click the edit Edit.png icon to the right of the Product Name field if you want to define / change a custom product name for this service.

  9. Optionally, enter information into the API Info field that you want carried through to CPQ when the product is quoted.

  10. For each of the speeds to be updated, click within the field to manually enter the pricing for the MRC, NRC.

  11. Click the Update Pricing button located at the top right section of the dialog box. The message “Pricing updated successfully” displays.
