Once a rule is defined and activated within the “Admin” panel, it can then be selected for use in a quote from Step 2: Choose Configuration page in CPQ. The following sample screen shows you where to select the rule for execution within the CPQ process flow.

To select a rule for activation within a CPQ quote:

From Step 2 “Choose Configuration” in the CPQ process flow, use the CPQ Rules drop-down field to select the predefined rule to be applied to the quote.
